Jean batten

This week each reading group got given a famous new Zealander. Our famous NZ person was Jean batten a New Zealand aviator and flyer. I think the hardest part about Jean batten was what happened to her and her plane.

My weekly plenary

This week we had to complete a page with how well we worked throughout the week and what we worked on throughout the week. I think this week I worked very well but i struggled with getting my work done in the time we were given.

Camp presentation

This week i decided to write about our camp we had it was totally amazing and i really wish we could do it again. I think the hardest part about camp was learning how to ski it was very challenging and new but i enjoyed it.

This week we have been learning about the life cycle of a cicada from how it turns from a egg to an adult cicada. I think the most hardest part about learning the life cycle was separating all the different stages of a cicadas life and finding information about the different stages.

My pick a path story

 
This week we have been learning to write our own stories where the reader chooses which way the story can end me and my group decided to use the trolls and matariki and combine it together. I think the hardest part was making the story different instead of the same.

Meteors

This week me and 3 of my other friends have been learning about meteors and meteorites instead of other people searching about planets we got meteors and meteorites. It has been very interesting learning about them , what they are and why we have them.

The puru tuna
